Scénographie de l’exposition "Delacroix s'invite chez Courbet" présentée au musée Courbet à Ornans à l’automne 2023.
La scénographie propose une traversée dans les intimités croisées de Delacroix et Courbet.
Le visiteur est plongé dans leurs univers domestiques, leurs inspirations, leurs pratiques. La seconde partie du parcours met en lumière la rencontre entre les deux artistes, réelle et artistique, dans leurs ateliers, dans le cadre de salons ou dans leurs œuvres picturales et leurs écrits.
L’usage du textile rythme le parcours. Sous différents aspects, il convoque la chaleur d’un espace domestique autant que la solennité des grandes expositions.

Scenography for the exhibition "Delacroix s'invite chez Courbet" showcased at the Courbet Museum in Ornans during autumn 2023.
The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the intertwined intimacies of Delacroix and Courbet. Visitors are immersed in their domestic worlds, their inspirations and their practices. The second part of the tour highlights encounters between the two artists, both real and artistic, in their studios, at exhibitions and in their paintings and writings.
Textiles are used throughout the journey. Whether used as tapestries, drapes, curtains or cushions, they evoke the warmth of a domestic space, as well as the solemnity of major exhibitions.
